With 4 Olympic Gold Medals, Hayley Wickenheiser Could Be the Greatest Women’s Hockey Player Ever
With four Olympic gold medals, Hayley Wickenheiser could be the greatest women’s hockey player ever. And it seems like she never stops inspiring young girls in hockey. Wickenheiser is the driving force behind the Canadian Tire Wickenheiser Female World Hockey Festival staged each November. This winter’s tournament in Calgary brought together 1,500 athletes between the ages of eight and 18 from 78 teams around the globe to compete and bond through hockey.
