Week 1: Tommy Europe
November 1-4

Tommy Europe

Selected twice as one of Canada’s Top Fitness Trainers by IMPACT Magazine, and National Champion for the Canadian Men’s Health Foundation; Tommy Europe is one of Canada’s most recognized fitness personalities.

An 11-year veteran and two-time all-star, Tommy was a defensive back for the 1994 Grey Cup winning BC Lions, Montreal Alouettes, Winnipeg Blue Bombers, and a brief stint in the NFL for the New Orleans Saints.

Tommy has translated his success in sport and fitness into a thriving business and career, as a keynote speaker, best-selling author, stunt actor, TV personality, and award-winning fitness coach. His charisma and sterling reputation as an athlete and trainer made him a natural fit to play the tough love television host for 6-seasons on the “The Last 10 Pounds Bootcamp”, and “Bulging Brides”. Tommy continues to inspire, and influence people nationwide leaving his keynotes feeling invigorated, motivated and equipped to set and reach bigger goals in any area of life.

Brent Bishop

Brent Bishop is a national on-air fitness expert, celebrity trainer and published author, named one of Canada’s Top Fitness Trainers by IMPACT Magazine. He is also the founder of Think Fitness Studios, performance-inspired conditioning centres in Toronto, ON.

Brent is currently the fitness expert on CityTV’s daytime show, Cityline and has made several media appearances on North American networks including KTLA, WFLA Daytime, The Marilyn Denis Show, Global TV, Etalk, ET Canada, Breakfast Television, CityTV to name a few. Additionally, he is a regular contributor to numerous print media such as Best Health Magazine, Canadian Health and Lifestyle, IMPACT Magazine, Fitness Business Canada, Inside Fitness Magazine, Canadian Living and Sweat Equity Magazine.

With over 25 years in the fitness industry, Bishop has notable fitness career highlights working with Olympians, high level athletes and various film and television personalities. Whether it’s hiking the Andes in Peru, leading a group on a snowshoeing expedition or planning his next eco-adventure race, Bishop dedicates his time and energy to inspiring the active lifestyle through fitness, adventure and media.

Tish Duffy

Tish Duffy is one of the most sought-after trainers in Canada, and was named as one of Canada’s Top Fitness Trainers by IMPACT Magazine. With over 30 years in fitness industry Tish has spent over 15 years training professional athletes (hockey, motor cross, race car drivers) as well as regular people just wanting to get into shape. She now trains exclusively online and runs a successful, signature business called Strong Bodies by Tish.

With a fierce passion for health, fitness and wellness, Tish loves helping and inspiring people – not only clients, but everyone she connects with day to day. Her passion is lifting for optimum fitness but also loves hiking, mountain biking, skiing, running, obstacle course racing, travelling and spending time with her friends and family.

Whether you’re someone who has taken time off and is in need of some direction to get back on track, or maybe you’re more advanced and looking to push to new heights, Tish will guide you in the right direction.
