Ingredients
- 2 bunches kale
- 1 head celery
- 4 Granny Smith apples, diced
- 2 Asian pears, diced
- 1/2 bunch parsley
- Lemon juice (to taste)
Directions
Run the kale, celery, apples, pears and parsley through a juicer. Season with lemon juice to brighten the flavours.
