Yoga is more than improving flexibility. It’s about creating strength, stability, and balance from the inside out. This five-pose flow targets the entire body, helping build core strength, improve mobility, and enhance posture through mindful, controlled movement. By combining standing balances, heart-opening backbends, and deep stretches, you’ll increase body awareness while developing confidence both on and off the mat. These exercises also support healthy movement patterns, making everyday activities feel more effortless. Best of all, this sequence can be practiced almost anywhere with little to no equipment, making it an easy addition to your wellness routine.
