“I believe that every person deserves to be heard, understood, and most importantly treated as an individual – not a diagnosis or an area of pain. I take the time to ask the questions and listen to the answers.”

For Dr. Nicole Arnold, exceptional care begins with understanding the person behind the symptoms.

As a chiropractor, educator and lifelong learner, she is dedicated to helping patients move better, feel better and achieve their highest potential through personalized, evidence-informed care.

Her journey into chiropractic began at Sutherland Chiropractic Health Care Clinic, where she worked as a massage therapist and discovered the powerful role chiropractic care can play in supporting the body’s natural ability to heal and function optimally. Inspired by this approach to wellness, she went on to earn her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Minnesota.

Today, Dr. Arnold brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and a deep commitment to individualized treatment. Her dedication to ongoing education has taken her around the world to study with respected leaders in chiropractic and natural health, expanding her expertise in a variety of techniques and approaches. This diverse training allows her to tailor care to each patient’s unique needs, goals and lifestyle.

“There are so many rewards. I am grateful to everyone who chooses and trusts me to be their chiropractor. When first time parents bring in their newborn babe or when a niece brings in her 102-year-old aunt – that is an honour,” says Dr. Arnold.

Beyond her clinical practice, Dr. Arnold is passionate about making a difference in her community and beyond. She has travelled internationally to provide care and support to underserved populations, reflecting her belief that health and wellness are fundamental to quality of life.

Whether helping patients recover from injury, improve mobility or simply maintain their best health, Dr. Arnold approaches every person with compassion, curiosity and a commitment to excellence. Outside the clinic, she embraces the same active lifestyle she encourages in her patients, enjoying the outdoors through gardening, biking and hiking.

“It is my goal to help people of all ages to maintain their health, mobility, and most importantly what they love to do with those that they love. Chiropractic care is about working together to increase quality of life. Sometimes that is pain management, often it is through education, discovering the underlying cause to the dysfunction and working together for long term health and resilience.”
