Our 13,500 sq. ft. fully renovated Fitness Centre with running track, contains state-of-the- art fitness equipment, including cardio and strength training machines, free weights and Olympic weightlifting racks and platforms. With over 75 drop in fitness classes per week including Zumba, Yoga, Spin, Pilates, and specialized personal training programs, the Trico Centre strives to break away from the mold, and to be a leader in Calgary’s fitness industry.
