SAIT Recreation’s programs and facilities are designed to support active and healthy lifestyles for our students, staff, alumni and members of the public.
Facility access includes; Aquatic centre; featuring a 35-metre salt-water pool, dive tank, 1-metre and 3 metre diving boards, a bulkhead partition for 25-metre length swimming and a shallow-end with a small slide.
The SAIT Wellness Centre features a weight room with cardio and weightlifting equipment, six squash courts, a racquetball/wallyball court, spin studio, multi-purpose studio and full-stocked pro-shop. It also includes a double-sized gymnasium. Six squash courts and an NHL-sized ice surface, spectator seating for 650 and the ability to stream games live online.
