The folks at Canada Goose Goose thought it would be a good test test of their Ridge shell to dress up The Disher and rip down the Calgary Olympic bobsleigh run at 119.2 km/h. The jacket survived. The Disher? Barely . . . Waterproof and breathable, the Ridge shell reeks of quality. Its flare-cut wrist cuff is a sweet detail you don’t see often and completes an awesome fit, but exposed Velcro tabs on those cuffs latch annoyingly onto other tabs exposed if the jacket is not fully zipped up. The Goose should cover up that patch.
