- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 Tbsp. cacao powder
- 1 banana
- 1 Tbsp. almond butter
- 1 tsp. maca
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1 scoop of E3Live powder or 1 oz. of the liquid
- 1 handful of spinach
