Yield 2 quarts


  • 2 bunches kale
  • 1 head celery
  • 4 Granny Smith apples, diced
  • 2 Asian pears, diced
  • 1/2 bunch parsley
  • Lemon juice (to taste)


Run the kale, celery, apples, pears and parsley through a juicer. Season with lemon juice to brighten the flavours.
