Chocolate Banana Energizing Smoothie

Your body requires alkalizing nutrients to repair muscle and tissue. This smoothie is a perfect recovery drink within 30 minutes of a workout.


  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp. cacao powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1 Tbsp. almond butter
  • 1 tsp. maca
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1 scoop of E3Live powder or 1 oz. of the liquid
  • 1 handful of spinach


  • Blend all ingredients until smooth.
