The couple’s recipes combine local ingredients with classic diner favourites to create dishes that bring long lines to the door. “For us, healthy doesn’t necessarily mean low-fat or low-carb,” says Shayne Perrin. “It means good, honest food. We source our ingredients from local suppliers who value quality.”
