Eat to Beat the Heat
Strawberry Beet Smoothie.
Makes 2 cups
- 10-12 frozen strawberries roughly chopped
- 1 small raw red beet roughly chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Omega 369 oil blend
- Handful goji berries (optional)
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp. ginger root minced and finely grated
- ½ cup of water
- Blend and serve.
