Add fresh turmeric to your dishes for a powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant flavour boost!
Stores in the fridge up to a week.
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. flax oil
- ¾ tsp. Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp. fresh grated turmeric (or dry ground turmeric)
- 1 Tbsp. raw apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. tamari (light)
- 1 tsp. raw honey
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- Sea salt/pepper
Combine all ingredients in mason jar, shake and use immediately.
