Ingredients

  • 1 Whole grain sprouted grain wrap (usually found in the freezer section)
  • 1-2 Tbsp. guacamole
  • 1/4 cup black beans
  • 1-2 Tbsp. salsa
  • 1/4 cup red pepper
  • Spinach leaves
  • Sprinkle ground hemp, cilantro and sunflower seeds

Directions

  • Assemble, wrap and enjoy
