Maple Fruit Dip

Maple Fruit Dip

Great for dipping sliced apples, strawberries or any kind of fruit you like. Try a dollop over pancakes or a fruit salad. This is a fantastic protein-rich snack that works with so many things. Think you don’t like tofu? Try this recipe… You. Will. Love. It!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup silken tofu
  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1-2 apples, sliced or 1-2 cups of fresh strawberries

Directions

In a blender or food processor, blend together silken tofu, cinnamon, vanilla extract and maple syrup until smooth. Spoon into a small bowl and use as a dip for your fruit. Makes approx. 1 ½ cups.
